Weight Management

During the COVID-19 pandemic, many of us have gained weight. Be it due to our usual physical activity becoming inaccessible, or the stress and anxiety caused by a global disaster leading to poorer eating habits.

Being significantly overweight or underweight can increase the likelihood of developing a variety of diseases, and can also have an impact on your mental health. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle through a nutritious diet and regular exercise is essential to a healthy body and a healthy mind.

Here, we have collated a variety of resources to support you as you take the steps towards a healthier routine.
