    The Veterans’ Mental Health Transition, Intervention and Liaison (TIL) Service (formerly known as London Veterans’ Service (LVS)) is a free NHS mental health service for all ex-serving members of the UK Armed Forces and service personnel who are making the transition to civilian life.

    If you are a veteran, you can refer yourself to the service.

  • Contact

    Contact is a collaboration of military charities working with the NHS and the Ministry of Defence. The group aims to help the Armed Forces community access mental health and wellbeing support and provides multiple voluntary group contacts for anyone affected by PTSD.
