Important: Enable your NHS App notifications

We increasingly use the NHS App to send important information such as updates about your care or treatment, appointment information and reminders, and responses to queries or advice requests.

The NHS App is designed to notify you when a new message arrives, but you will only receive these alerts if notifications are enabled on your device. For instructions on how enable these, please click here.

Without notifications switched on, you may not realise that a message has been sent to you unless you open the app and check manually.

Wearing a face covering at the surgery

In line with World Health Organisation recommendations, we have introduced new measures to keep visitors, patients and staff safe.

If you are invited to attend the surgery, we now request that patients over 5 wear protection over their mouth and nose. This could be a mask, homemade face covering or scarf.

Advice on how to wear and make a face covering can be found on the government’s website.

All visitors are also expected to strictly comply with the surgery’s existing social distancing measures.
