Important: Enable your NHS App notifications

We increasingly use the NHS App to send important information such as updates about your care or treatment, appointment information and reminders, and responses to queries or advice requests.

The NHS App is designed to notify you when a new message arrives, but you will only receive these alerts if notifications are enabled on your device. For instructions on how enable these, please click here.

Without notifications switched on, you may not realise that a message has been sent to you unless you open the app and check manually.

Additional services for urgent medical help – Merton

Merton has set up weekend services and additional capacity to ease the pressure on the urgent care system this weekend. To access these services, the number to call is 0333 332 4364.

Please only use this if you require urgent medical help which is not a life-threatening 999 emergency.

You will be assessed by a clinician and offered an appointment if clinically required. This may be a video appointment or a face-to-face appointment.

The number will be accessible between 8am and 8pm on Saturday (06/02) and Sunday (07/02). Outside of these hours, please use NHS 111 online or call 111.
