Important: Enable your NHS App notifications

We increasingly use the NHS App to send important information such as updates about your care or treatment, appointment information and reminders, and responses to queries or advice requests.

The NHS App is designed to notify you when a new message arrives, but you will only receive these alerts if notifications are enabled on your device. For instructions on how enable these, please click here.

Without notifications switched on, you may not realise that a message has been sent to you unless you open the app and check manually.

Strike action: Friday 25 July-Wednesday 30 July

Please see the message below from the SW London Press Office.

Strike action is planned to start from 07:00 on Friday 25 July to 07:00 on Wednesday 30 July.

During strike action, the NHS is still here for people who need it.

If you need medical help or advice, or you are unsure about whether you should go to hospital, go to 111.nhs.uk – unless it is a life-threatening emergency when you should always call 999.

Please attend your appointments as normal unless you have been contacted by the NHS. If you have missed an appointment, please re-book and come forward for the care you need.
