Freestyle Libre 2 Plus

Freestyle Libre 2 sensors are being discontinued from August 2025. As a result, your prescription has been changed to Freestyle Libre 2 Plus. There is no difference between the two, except that the Freestyle Libre 2 Plus can be worn for 15 days instead of 14.

As per the NHS contract, we are able to issue a maximum of 26 kits per year. If there are any issues, you can contact the manufacturer (Abbotts) on 0800 612 3006 or at adchelpuk@abbott.com to have a replacement kit issued.
