Important: Enable your NHS App notifications

We increasingly use the NHS App to send important information such as updates about your care or treatment, appointment information and reminders, and responses to queries or advice requests.

The NHS App is designed to notify you when a new message arrives, but you will only receive these alerts if notifications are enabled on your device. For instructions on how enable these, please click here.

Without notifications switched on, you may not realise that a message has been sent to you unless you open the app and check manually.

Annual GP Patient Survey

We are aware that the Annual GP Patient Survey ordinarily takes place in January. Historically, there has been a low response rate from patients at this practice.

We sincerely believe that patients who are happy often do not feel the need to feed back quite as strongly as those who are not. We would encourage all of our patients who are happy with our services to also add their voice. We feel this would give us a more representative view of how we can continue to improve our services.

Please feed back relative to your own experience – not what you read in the press!
