Without notifications switched on, you may not realise that a message has been sent to you unless you open the app and check manually.

‘Connecting your Care’ is a new way of bringing together health and social care information from each of the different organisations in south west London to provide a read only, shared information platform that will transform the speed and ease with which patients can be assessed and treated.
