West Merton PCN comprises 2 practices only, with high quality patient care and excellent feedback. We are based in SW19/SW20 London.

We initially offer 4 weekly sessions ideally to include Saturday AM or PM and would anticipate extending a contract beyond March 2025 for the right candidate.
