Enhanced Access survey – West Merton PCN

A new GP contract is asking us to provide more Enhanced Access hours from October. Your views are needed to help us understand how best we can improve your access to healthcare appointments.

We are mindful that, whilst access is important, patients also value continuity of care. We aim to adopt a model which ensures that you are seen by your regular doctor at your registered site.
