Opening times

We are open between 7:30am to 8am for pre-booked GP and blood test appointments only.

Please note that our telephone lines are open from 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday and all appointments before and after this time (including on Saturdays) are pre-bookable only.

Online booking, as well as the automated booking feature on our phone systems (which can also be used to cancel appointments), will remain accessible outside these hours.

Out of hours

Outside of our core hours (8am to 6:30pm) for urgent problems please contact 111 who can direct you to a local HUB or urgent care centre for medical attention.

Please note that whilst we are open until 8pm Monday to Thursday, after 6.30pm we are not able to respond to urgent problems as all appointments after this time are pre-booked. We would therefore request that patients contact 111, the Merton Out of hours GP service for urgent problems after 6.30pm on a weekday.

If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
