- Confirmation of registration status – £10.00
- Statement of fact – £20.00 to £30.00
- Private sick note – £15.00

- Sickness/Accident insurance benefit claim form – £20.00 to £30.00
Medical examinations
- Taxi medical – £100.00
- LGV/Bus – £125.00
Travel vaccinations
(depending on vaccine stocks and capacity)
- Malaria (private prescription) – £20.00
- Rabies (Course of 3) – £180.00
- Hepatitis B (for Travel) (Course of 3) – £150.00
- ACWY Meningitis plus certificate – £60.00
- Freedom from Infection Certificate – £10.00
- Hepatitis A Adult – Free
- Hepatitis A Junior – Free
- Typhoid – Free
- Hepatitis A & Typhoid – Free
Fees for non-NHS services are paid at the point of service. We accept card payments.
